Why choose box sealing with gummed paper?
- Security: it is tamper-proof. The adhesive on the tape penetrates the cardboard fibers, creating a perfect bond with it. If an attempt is made to remove the tape, signs of TAMPERING are immediately VISIBLE. This paper is often used to seal high-value items or very heavy boxes to prevent the bottom from opening.
- Ecology: it is a 100% natural and recyclable packaging material. It consists of: paper (100% cellulose) and adhesive (potato or cassava starch). It offers high box-sealing potential due to its adhesive strength, which allows for using less tape compared to any other type.
- Resistance to extreme temperatures: a box sealed with gummed paper remains sealed even in extreme heat or cold conditions; it is therefore particularly suitable for frozen products and baked goods.
